Launching of new Products & Services by Riepco Limited

RIEPCO Engineering and Manufacturing Impex Limited is a long standing member of the Canada Ghana Chamber of Commerce. They are into the manufacturing and servicing of mining equipment and they have been in this business in Ghana for the past 40 years. On the 14th October, 2022 at 2:00 pm Riepco Ltd invited the secretariat of the Chamber to their workshop to showcase some of the equipment and machines they, manufacture in Ghana. The CEO and Chairman of Riepco Mr. Charles Darko in his opening address thank everyone present at the workshop and highlighted some of their areas of operation. RIEPCO refurbishes mining valves for most of the mining companies in Ghana. They have a valve assembly & testing facility which is used to test the full manufacturing process of the valves and to check the quality of the finished products. He spoke about their newly developed product called the Riepco NEX-VALVE. A locally manufactures knife gate which is designed & developed for a harsh, abrasive and corrosive environment. He acknowledged Newmont Ghana Limited, Valco and Tema Steel Company as some of their Cherished clients who have patronized their products for so many years. The representatives off Ghana Standard Authority and AGI present at the workshop commended Riepco for producing good engineering equipment which consistently meets both local and international standards. They also encouraged them to keep supporting industries in Ghana and West Africa. The President of the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) spoke of the good relationship between itself and Riepco Limited and encourage engineers to develop more of such products to support the economy of Ghana. NEX-VALVES are developed in SA and assembled here to compliment Ghana government’s efforts to encourage Local Content. This is the first of its kind in Ghana and West Africa.
