LAKESIDE HILLS HOUSING PROJECT: A New Era of Comfortable Community Living

We are thrilled to bring you an exciting update from the heart of the real estate world. The Kalmoni Group of Companies graciously extended an invitation to The Chamber for the grand unveiling of their latest addition to their Real Estate Portfolio – Lakeside Hills Estate.

Lakeside Hills is a new lifestyle community developed by Lakeside Estate for a comfortable living experience for families and individuals who wish to spend time in a confined community. The vast housing project spans a staggering 5,000 homes, categorized into diverse estate clusters.

The first phase will introduce 200 four-bedroom story orca houses. Subsequent phases will showcase 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom homes, along with innovative designs, a testimony to Lakeside Estate’s commitment to continuous evolution.

Dr. Prince Joseph Ayiku, Lakeside Estates’ Managing Director, emphasized the immense magnitude of Lakeside Hills. With twenty years of experience at Lakeside Estates, he fervently expressed that this project is one of their most outstanding accomplishments. He mentioned that Lakeside Hills has the perfect blend of Green, Smart, and Secure features, complemented by internet services.

Echoing this sentiment, Mr. Salem Kalmoni, Board Chairman for Lakeside Estates, hinted that shortly Japan Motors will have a showroom on-site. The launch, for him, is a significant milestone in their unwavering commitment to providing affordable quality housing.

Mr. Sammy Amegayibor, Executive Secretary, GREDA, lauded Lakeside Estates for their unwavering dedication to providing decent homes for Ghanaians over the past two decades. He pledged the support of GREDA towards this noble goal.

The special guest of the day, Mr Kwabena Agyekum, CEO of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG), highlighted their recent achievement – the “Real Estate Company of the Year 2021” at the 33rd CIMG Awards. He commended Lakeside Estate’s efforts in creating homes tailored for the middle-income segment in Ghana.

Republic Bank PLC, First National Bank, Absa Bank, Ecobank, and Stanbic Bank have partnered with Lakeside Estate to provide appealing mortgage choices to corporate institutions and individuals who intend to purchase a house from Lakeside Hills.

During the course of the program, Chairman General Kwame Sefa-Kayi was unveiled as Lakeside Hills Brand Ambassador.
