INDUSTRIAL TOUR TO MERIDIAN PARK BY LMI HOLDINGS

LMI Holdings invited the Canada Ghana Chamber of Commerce (CANCHAM) on a tour of the Meridian Park to showcase the array of facilities that they offer to their clients. Addressing the Chamber members, Mr. Richmond Frimpong, the Managing Director, LMI Land Investments, provided a comprehensive overview of the primary industrial sites under LMI Holdings: Meridian Park and Dawa Industrial Zone. Dawa Industrial Zone is made up of several parks ranging from pharmaceutical to textile and garment production, food processing, warehousing, and technology hubs which are equipped with cutting-edge facilities Spanning 2,000 acres. Dawa Industrial Zone boasts of top-tier amenities and state-of-the-art infrastructure. It has a 132MVA Substation, portable water, asphalt roads, 24/7 security, High speed internet and a planned railway line.
