Celebrating Women at the Mother’s Day Dinner

The Canada Ghana Chamber of Commerce (CANCHAM) hosted a special dinner on the 10th of May at the Labadi Beach Hotel to honor all the women in the Chamber in celebration of Mother’s Day. Her Excellency Martine Moreau, the Canadian High Commissioner, graced the event as the Special Guest. She was joined by the President of CANCHAM, Mrs. Linda Vasnani. In her remarks, Her Excellency encouraged the women to continue their remarkable work as mothers, providing physical, emotional, and psychological support to their children. Mrs. Vasnani also urged the women to utilize technology for their personal and professional development. Mrs. Vivian Ekua Afoom led the women in an interactive discussion on work-life balance. She emphasized the importance of women taking care of themselves while managing their family and professional responsibilities.
