LAUNCH OF GHANA CLUB 100 AND GHANA INVESTMENT AND TRADE WEEK

We were recently honoured to receive an invitation from the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) to attend the launch of the 20th edition of the Ghana Club 100 Awards. This prestigious annual event is dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the remarkable achievement of Ghanaian companies across various sectors of the economy. The theme for this year’s awards is “Accelerating Economic Growth: Amplifying Ghana’s Global Market Footprint through the Africa Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).”

The Canada Ghana Chamber of Commerce shares the commitment to not only boost economic growth but also extend Ghana’s influence in the global market.
The event also witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between GIPC and MIE Group to launch an inaugural event called the Ghana Investment and Trade Week (GITW). The MIE Group is a company that provides systems, equipment, and services to the marine industry worldwide. They have been doing this for the past four decades.

The GITW is scheduled to take place at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre between 23rd and 27th of October, 2023. It will have a lineup of over 300 exhibitors, 100+ speakers and presentations, and more than 50 workshops. This diverse array of participants will create a dynamic environment that fosters networking, facilitates knowledge exchange, and allows for the exploration of lucrative investment opportunities.
